The United Fighting Arts Federation Region 6 fall black belt test was held on October 15th, 2011, at Precision Martial Arts in St. Clairsville, Ohio. A total of 19 students, representing seven martial arts schools, earned promotions. Rine Karate Studio of Weirton is proud to have 1 new 2nd degree black belt and three new 4th degree black belts.
In order to obtain a black belt in Chun Kuk Do, students must demonstrate their skills before a regional board of United Fighting Arts Federation black belts who hold the rank of 4th degree and higher. Region 6, the local region, consists of black belts and schools from West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Maryland, and Virginia.
