In order to obtain a black belt in Chun Kuk Do, students must demonstrate their skills before a regional board of
United Fighting Arts Federation black belts who hold the rank of 4th degree and higher. Region 6, the local region, consists of black belts and schools from West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Maryland, and Virginia.
